Kim, Tamara and I hiked Hanging Lake on Labor Day Weekend. Last time I huffed 8lbs of sandwiches and water on my back and had a hard time. So what do I do this time? Pack up 20lbs of camera gear and water. What a dumbass. Kim had an easy time after losing 63 lbs since the last time we went. And Tamara chugged along like the little train that could. It was all worth it. I could do without the tourists defiling the ecosystem by climbing all over the falls, walking on the logs, and bringing their fucking lap dogs. If you’re one of the fellow hikers I took pics of, email me and I’ll send you the pics.
